Dual Directional
A dual directional coupler include 2 uni directional couplers, providing measurement of both forward and reverse power.
When this 2 directional couplers are facing on each side of the main line, you can get a small form factor. But if you need high directivity and good VSWR we recommend to position the directional couplers in serial along the main line.
The dual directional couplers range covers frequencies from 400 MHz up to 18 GHz for both medium and high power.

Ideal for monitoring a system such as high power amplifiers or for reflectometer measurements, a dual directional coupler provide measurement of both forward and reverse power. Contrary to the bi directional coupler, the directivity of a dual directional coupler doesn't depend on the loads on the coupled ports.
